The GV60 RWD uses a single 168-kW rear motor for 225 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. The AWD and Prestige AWD pair a 74-kW front motor with a 160-kW rear motor for a Genesis-rated 314 horsepower and 446 lb-ft, and all-wheel drive brings extra traction for snowy mornings in McHenry County. Steering-wheel regen paddles let you choose how strongly the GV60 slows when you lift off the accelerator.

Genesis estimates the 800-volt system can take the battery from 10 to 80 percent in 18 minutes on a DC fast charger above 250 kW, and from 10 to 100 percent in seven hours on a 240-volt, 48-amp Level 2 charger through the 10.9-kW onboard charger. The built-in NACS port gives the GV60 access to Tesla Superchargers, and Vehicle-to-Load can power devices at up to 1.9 kW with the available adapter.

Inside, a 27-inch integrated OLED screen runs wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, connected routing and over-the-air updates. Two-Line Micro Lens Array LED headlamps, built with 200 micro lenses, lead a body 178.9 inches long on a 114.2-inch wheelbase. Every GV60 has a power liftgate, heated power-folding mirrors with auto-dimming glass and rain-sensing wipers.
