The budding luxury car brand Genesis debuted its new class of models - the G70, G80 and G90 - and, already, there's a buzz surrounding the technology included in each model. The G70 model is considered the base of the Genesis lineup, Hyundai's standalone luxury arm, and is just below the G80 and G90 models. Come into Rosen Genesis to talk to us about purchasing your new Genesis.

G70 Technology

In terms of mechanical technology, the G70 model is available in two turbocharged engines: a 2.0-liter four-cylinder or 3.3-liter V6, each available with standard rear-wheel drive or optional all-wheel drive. The 2.0T model is offered in six trims: Advanced, Elite, Prestige, Dynamic, Sport and Sport M/T. The Genesis base model offers a lot of technology on the inside as well. Standard features include a hands-free smart trunk, an 8-inch display audio screen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration. Seat-wise, imitation leather seats and surfaces are available, as well as a 12-way power driver's seat including four-way power lumbar support. Genesis also values safety and includes drivers assistance standards, like forward collision avoidance with pedestrian detection, stop-and-go adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, and blind-spot monitoring. For a base model, the G70 offers a wide variety of technology.

G90 Technology

The Genesis G90, the brands most exclusive model, includes every bell and whistle that can be imagine and wanted on a luxury vehicle. Its design includes updated and state-of-the-art technology everywhere you look. The finer points include premium leather seats, hands-free smart trunk, power soft-close doors and adjustable ambient lighting that provides comforting assurance along the way. And that's just the design. The drivers seat, exterior mirrors, steering wheel, and Heads-up display are automatically adjusted to store your preferences with the touch of one button. Safety technology is also unparalleled in the G90 series. To keep you engaged in the flow of traffic, Smart Cruise Control uses a front-mounted radar sensor that detects the distance of the vehicle ahead, potentially stopping your vehicle if a safety concern arises. Besides the Cruise Control, the G90 also features lane keep assist, smart blind spot detection and driver attention alert.

The Genesis models employ a rear seat entertainment system with dual 10.3-inch HD screens, turning a regular backseat into a luxurious theater experience. As mentioned, the models offer a navigation system with voice destination search, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The G90's Around View Monitor gives you a full 360-degree view around the vehicle, assisting with parking. Lastly, the model also includes a wireless charging station to charge your device without all the extra clutter.
